CHS INVESTMENT GROUP (CHS) is an investment development and management company that currently operates six companies in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Spain: EUROCASH1 UAB, EUROCASH1 SIA, EUROCASH1 LV SIA, EUROCASH1 Estonia OÜ, FUTURESEC, UAB and VAULTS IBERICA SL.

The CHS main activity is the development and management of investments to ensure their long-term growth. The company is responsible for analyzing and controlling the activities of its companies, as well as evaluating the strategic directions of their activities and coordinating their activities. The CHS also provides consultations and shares the best practices in business development, process modernization, financial management and marketing. HISTORY

2000: The security company EUROCASH1 UAB was established in Lithuania. It provided physical and electronic security services to natural and legal customers throughout the country, as well as collection services starting from 2007. Today, EUROCASH1 UAB is one of the leading security and collection companies operating in Lithuania. The company provides physical and electronic protection for the property of private and legal entities, implements smart security solutions in residential and administrative facilities, provides collection services to banks and businesses, and offers rentals of individual safe deposit boxes.

2010: The security company EUROCASH1 SIA was established in Latvia to provide physical and electronic security services to private and corporate customers. Today, EUROCASH1 SIA is one of the leading security companies in Latvia, where it provides protection for the property of private and legal entities, implements security solutions in residential and administrative facilities, and offers individual safe deposit box rental services.

2011: The collection company EUROCASH1 LATVIJA SIA was established in Latvia, where it has been providing collection services since 2012.

2017: EUROCASH1 SIA acquired one of the largest collection companies in Latvia – CBL Cash Logistics SIA. In 2018, the reorganisation and merger of CBL Cash Logistics SIA and EUROCASH1 LATVIJA SIA was completed, and the company was renamed EUROCASH1 LV SIA. Today, EUROCASH1 LV SIA is one of the leading security companies in Latvia, where it provides collection services to banks and businesses.

2021.03 EUROCASH1, UAB įsigijo dvi apsaugos įmones: Eigeris, UAB ir Akonkagva, UAB.

2021.05 EUROCASH1, UAB sėkmingai baigė reorganizaciją, kuria Eigeris, UAB ir Akonkagva, UAB buvo prijungtos prie EUROCASH1, UAB.

2021.07 Išgirdę klientų poreikį paslaugas gauti iš vienų rankų visose trijose Baltijos šalyse, veiklą išplėtėme ir Estijoje įkūrėme įmonę – EUROCASH1 Estonia, OÜ. Šiuo metu EUROCASH1 siūlo apsaugos ir inkasavimo paslaugas visose Baltijos šalyse.

2023.08 FUTURESEC, UAB, a new company offering cutting-edge security solutions tailored to the unique needs of security and government agencies, was established.

2023.10 Expansion into Spain commenced with the establishment of VAULTS IBERICA SL. This company introduced an individual safe deposit box rental service in Valencia, Spain's third-largest city, at the first modern, 24/7 working vault VAULTS1.
